Answers to the questions that come up most once you’re actually using Ayako.
After signing up, you’ll be walked through connecting via LinkedIn OAuth and selecting which ad account to monitor. Ayako only requests read access. It never asks for permission to change anything in your account.
You need to be at least a Viewer on that ad account in LinkedIn Campaign Manager for it to appear. If you’re sure you have access and it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll help track it down.
You’ll see a warning before anything changes, explaining that continuing will disconnect that LinkedIn login from the other account. You can cancel and use a different LinkedIn login, or continue if you’re sure. The same warning appears if you later try to switch which ad account an already-connected account points to. Switching clears out the old account’s audience and campaign history first, so you always know before data is affected.
Yes. Ayako cannot pause campaigns, change budgets, edit ads, or write anything back to LinkedIn, in this version, by design. Every recommendation is something you review and act on yourself in Campaign Manager.
Automatically, once an hour, with no action needed from you. Ayako also triggers an extra sync the moment you first connect an account, so you’re not waiting for the next scheduled run to see your first data.
These are rolling windows, refreshed on every sync, so you can see whether a metric is a blip or an actual trend without having to build your own comparison.
The first sync can take a few minutes, especially for accounts with a lot of campaign history. If it’s been more than 15–20 minutes with no data, reach out and we’ll take a look.
Solo is for one person. Team is a flat price covering up to 3 seats, not per-user billing, so adding a second or third teammate doesn’t cost extra.
Yes, 14 days, full access, no credit card required upfront.
Settings → Account → Billing, once you’re subscribed. Switching Solo↔Team or monthly↔annual takes effect immediately, and any price difference is charged or credited right away rather than waiting for your next invoice.
You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancelling doesn’t cut you off immediately. You can resume anytime before that date from the same Billing screen.
Your account is frozen, not deleted. Your data is retained for a grace period in case you decide to subscribe. See our Privacy Policy for the exact retention window.
On the Team plan, Settings → Account → Team lets the admin invite by email. They’ll get a link to accept and join your account’s data, no separate subscription needed on their end.
Yes, the current admin can transfer admin rights to another teammate from the same Team settings screen. Only the admin can invite, remove teammates, or manage billing.
A weekly summary email, plus real-time alerts if a campaign stops delivering entirely or is significantly off-pace on budget. Nothing else, by default.
Settings → Notifications has a toggle for each one. Changes save instantly, no need to hit a separate Save button.
Campaign and ad-level performance metrics (spend, delivery, clicks, conversions, and similar), plus aggregated audience demographics (companies and job titles/personas engaging with your ads). Ayako never sees or stores your actual ad creative, images or copy, only performance numbers.
No, aside from the infrastructure providers that run the product on your behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, billing, and the AI model behind the chatbot), all listed in our Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
No, it’s read-only end to end. See “Is Ayako really read-only?” above.
Send us a note and we’ll get back to you. We read every message ourselves.
